I have been able to lose 13 pounds and 18 1/2 inches working with Linda!

It was incredibly easy to do when I had the Meal Planning Maven planning everything out and coaching me along the way. I have PCOS & Hypothyroidism and thought it was going to be a lot harder & extremely slower to getting this weight off.

Update: I am at my lowest weight in 12 years!! Yes, TWEVLE! And I just had a baby! With the recipes, menus and shopping list, eating healthy during the pregnancy and postpartum has been a breeze. Freezing her Survival Soup, Crockpot Beef Stew, Crockpot Salsa Chicken, & Easy Salmon Cakes ahead of time for those first few weeks after bringing Wesley home saved my sanity, kept us well fed and not needing to resort on fast food to survive. I’m down 87 lbs from my highest weight and know that I will continue to lose weight while enjoying my meals with the Meal Planning Maven’s assistance!
