Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries hulled
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt like Fage or Stoneyfield
  • Honey to taste optional
  • 2 tablespoons chopped strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Place strawberries in a food processor or blender; pulse gently until finely chopped. Add yogurt; pulse gently until just mixed with chunks of strawberries remaining. (Do not overmix or yogurt will be too runny.) Place yogurt mixture in a medium bowl; mix in honey to taste. (optional) Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Garnish with chopped strawberries.

Notes

Make Ahead and Storage Tips: dip may be made up to 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Use yogurt within 2 days.
For other fun flavor combinations, try stirring in 2 tablespoons of all natural fruit preserves like apricot or raspberry. Adding a few dashes of cinnamon or ginger would give this dip a bit of zip! Fabulous accompaniment to Mini Fruit Kabobs
