Notes

Make Ahead and Storage Tips: try freezing this smoothie in ice pop molds for a refreshing healthy treat!
Keep your freezer stocked with a variety of berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc.) for unlimited smoothie combos at your fingertips.
Packaged frozen berries can be pricey, so do look for sales. To enjoy local seasonal berries all year round: wash and freeze individually on wax paper. Store berries in freezer-safe containers or bags. Berries may be kept frozen up to 4 months.
Change up your protein powder with a vegan combination, such as the Fat Flush Body Protein. Less creamy in texture (more, like a fruit slushie), this protein powder will keep you full for hours due to its unique combination of brown rice and pea proteins.
