Pumpkin-Peach Cobbler Smoothie

This thick and creamy shake is full of protein and fiber... will keep you full for hours! Bet you won't need to buy one of those expensive pumpkin latte drinks, after trying this delicious smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces unsweetened vanilla almond milk or 4 ounces water and 4 ounces unsweetened apple juice
  • 1/2 cup canned 100% pure pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or flax seed oil optional
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash ginger and nutmeg
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder I like the Fat Flush brand
  • Ice cubes as desired

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients except protein powder and ice for about a minute.
  • Add protein powder and blend for another minute.
  • Add ice and blend for another minute or until smoothie is thick and creamy.
  • Enjoy immediately.

Notes

This smoothie is equally delicious when swapping frozen apple or pear chunks for the peaches.
