Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons natural honey or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh minced ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon or as desired

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  • Refrigerate, covered for 2 hours before serving to allow the ginger flavor to “bloom.”

Notes

Make Ahead and Storage Tips: dip can be made up to 3 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
Fresh ginger is definitely quite tangy, so use sparingly. Since the flavor takes a few hours to fully permeate the yogurt,” resist adding additional ginger if you find the taste is not strong enough after making the dip. (You can always mix in more ginger later if desired.) Delicious served with Homemade Sweet Potato Chips!
